Terms of payment
Payment for the online Spanish course must be made before starting classes. It is carried out through PayPal in order to offer greater security. Once payment is made, the student will be provided access to the learning platform.

Cancellation policy
If the student wishes to cancel their registration for the course, they must notify at least 48 hours before the start of the first class. The amount paid may be refunded, minus the €5 administrative costs.
After the first class, and if the student wants to cancel, only the amount of those lessons that have not been taken will be refunded, deducting the €5 administrative costs.
The user will be notified by email of the amount corresponding to the refund.

Student Responsibility
The student agrees to actively participate in classes, complete assigned tasks and respect the rules of coexistence established by the teacher. In case of non-compliance, Love Spanish Class reserves the right to terminate the course without the right to a refund.
